On the elevated command prompt, you need to enter the command ‘systemreset’ (without quotes) and hit the Enter button. First of all, right-click on the Windows button and select the option ‘Command Prompt (Admin)’

Now a popup will appear and you will have two options Keep my files and another to Remove everything. On the right-hand side pane, click on the ‘Get Started’ button.
Now, select the ‘Recovery’ tab from the left pane.
